With a refreshed bistro, lively public bar, and a brand-new look, this iconic pub in the heart of Nundah Village is set to shine even brighter. Working alongside a talented Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality pub fare with speed, consistency, and flavour – all while supporting a tight-knit and driven team. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with day-to-day kitchen operations Leading and mentoring the brigade, especially through peak trade Ensuring high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness Supporting menu development and special creation Stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up Solid leadership skills and calmness under pressure Passion for well-executed, crowd-pleasing pub food Team-first mindset and reliable work ethic So, why choose us?
